Cannabidiol (CBD) for Youth Alcohol Use Research Study

Treatment Research Study for Individuals 16-22

The purpose of this research study is to test cannabidiol (CBD) as a possible medication to treat alcohol use. Individuals ages 16-22 will receive one dose of CBD (600mg) or placebo (i.e., sugar water) before two different MRI sessions (separated by approximately two weeks) to see how CBD affects the brain. The full study will last approximately 6 weeks. Compensation up to $385 is available.
